The Poltergeist

Apparently my Mom has been having strange nightmares of being put in a coffin. She thought the new bed spread that my grandmother gave us had something to do with it, so she gave it away today. She has been acting paranoid all day like one of these is in our house...

I however do not believe in ghosts, demons, etc. My mom has been watching too much of this show...

And too much of this show called Haunted that is on the Discovery Channel. What is a bit more crazy than that is the fact that my parents are planning to attend church again. My parents have been in a church a maximum of five times in the past twenty years, all of which were weddings.

Fantasmo

The past few days have been pretty darn awesome. Friday was one of the best days I've had in a long time. I hung out with Chelsie all day, which is awesome in itself. We made some gnarly vegan cookies. At one point we didn't really know what we were doing, but they turned out good. Her Mom took us out to eat at Anglenia's Pizza. Good food and I love her Mom, Mrs. Terry Lynn. Later Chelsie, her Mom, and her friend Kasey went to go see a movie. I was already really late for Friday Night Frenzy so I didn't go with them. I caught up with the dudes in the Frenzy and bombed some hills and did a little night riding. Chris actually wasn't there. He went to go see Henry Rollins, that lucky jerk. Nathan, Glenn, and I still managed to stay at his house and eat a lot of his food. I actually picked a place to sleep rather than the last time when I passed out on the living room floor with no pillow or blanket. I hung out for a bit the next day. We swung by Stetson to put up some flyers for a Critical Mass in October and had some lunch with the Johnson brothers. I headed back to Orange City to get some stuff done. It kept me up late at night and hoped up on sugar. I killed a brow recluce and woke up too early.

I Just Died A Little

Toonami is over. It is no longer going to be on Cartoon Network anymore. That is the only segment of shows really worth watching anymore and now its gone. All throughout elementary and middle school I watched it everyday at 4 pm. After that it turned to just the weekends. Now its nothing but a memory. What the fuck was Cartoon Network thinking? I have nothing to watch at that channel now!

Swamp Thing

Today I got to hang out with one of my favorite people in the world, my friend Amanda Teague. I had just got back from Trent's house when I remembered that she had off of work today. I texted her and we decided to go on a bike ride. I went over to her house we got get bike out of the shed. She had a sweet pink and white beach cruiser. Her tires were pretty flat so we went to a close by gas station to pump them up. Along the way we had lots of nice conversation. The air pump at the gas station was lame and took me a little bit to pump it up, but I got it done. She wanted to ride to Steak and Shake to check her schedual. When went a little ways up 17-92 and she had realized she dropped her phone. Luckily we found it not to far back and it was in perfect working order. We went down Rode Island to Vertans Memorial and it turned out to be the wrong thing to do. While on Vertans Memorial I got a phone call from my friend Devin saying he say me riding me bike. While I was on the phone a man told me that the sidewalk was flooded. I said thank you for the information and didn't pay any mind to it. I looked at the fooded sidewalk and thought it wasn't too deep to ride across. Thats where I made my mistake. It went from ankle deep to knee deep in no time. It was pretty funny if you ask me. I got my shoes soaked and Amanda was freaking out cause it was nasty water. In our escape out of this Amanda's right peddel fell off. She didn't want to go back in the water so I had to retrive it for her. I came back and attempted to put it back on, but screw that goes into the crank arm was a little stripped. We were about a half mile from Steak and Shake and I offered for her to ride my bike instead of hers. She said there were pliers for me to get the peddel on there so we proceeded. The ride was more than challenging. I was on a really small beach crusier with one peddel with a few small hills ahead of me. It was quite the workout to say the least. I know some people that past by got a kick out of a kid ridding a pink girls bike. We finally got to Steak and Shake and I fixed the peddel with the help of some pliers. Amanda and I hung out for a little bit there as I enjoyed my water and she got a root beer (Good girl). Jessica wanted us to come over so Amanda and I left Steak and Shake to go to her house which wasn't far from Amanda's house to begin with. We took a different route to avoid the last mishap. Apon leaving I realized my seat was extremly low and had to raise it, for maximum speed of course. It looked like a storm was rolling in. The wind was against us and that wasn't too fun. Amanda's tires were going flat again so she must have a little hole somewhere. It was still decent enough to ride the rest of the way to Jessica's house though. Seeing Jessica was very nice, because we don't get to hang out often. It sucks because she pretty much lives down the road. It was nice hanging out with her. I ate one of her bananas and she gave me a huge vegan/vegetarian cook book. She is an awesome girl. I later had to leave to run my mom to Walmart. Walmart is the devil.

Sinical Blast!

The first Critical Mass went over pretty well. Very unorganized, but it was punk as hell. I got to DeLand super early because I needed to get my bike from Chris' house. Every one met at Painter's Park (Black Wall) and there was about eight of us or so. We ended up having to visit a few peoples houses to get them. We rode around Downtown DeLand or a little bit. No course set, just aimless wandering. We got held up by getting water and drunk high schoolers crying about whatever. After that we made our way to Beresford Trail to go to Orange City. That trail is pretty scary at night and you can't see a thing. We had no idea where to go or what to do after that. We went to Nathan's house and ate a bunch of food. Mostly junk food and more junk food. We were either headed to Debary or DeLand. I don't remember why we were going to go to Debary, but we went back to DeLand. On the way back on the trail Thomas, Chris, and Ramon saw a rabbit running in the trail. Then I heard screaming up ahead, because they were riding really fast. I thought that Chris let out a really gros fart. What really happened is that the rabbit was running away from some kind of cat, most likely a panther or bobcat. I would have pooped my pants and kicked my bike into overdrive A few people left the group, but we pressed on. Chris had some Vegan Outreach flyers that we handed out to some people. There was a church out on the courner of a street in Downtown DeLand telling drunk people they were sinners and whatnot. We gave them a Vegan Outreach flyer and then they tried telling us that no eating meat is wrong. I remembered that my friend Danielle told me a verse in Romans about God not caring what you eat and loves everyone the same. A girl was said "Show me, show me!" like it was some sort of contest. I just told her to read the whole book of Romans. We passed out some more flyers to drunks and put some on cars. We went to Stetson for a little rest and to pass around flyers. We were at the fountain in the middle of Stetson when a big group of college kids emerged from their dorm rooms. There was on kid that had his hands and feet tied and was slung over another kid's shoulder. I asumed most of them were drunk by the way they were walking and acting. They threw the kid who was tied up in the fountain and when he tried to get back up a girl pushed him in again. We them went to the dorms and put Outreach flyers on cars. We were leaving and found some brick structures that we rode around in circles quite a few times. Next we headed to Walmart. No reason and no one cared. We got to Walmart and that was our one good break and I stood up and my legs hurt worse than when I was peddling up a hill. We sat on a bench inside for a long time and walked around for about 20 minutes. We left Walmart to go to Chris' house. Nathan and I stayed over and we were so tired. By the time we got home it was about 3 am. It was crazy because we started at 7 pm. We chilled out and watched some Walker Texas Ranger, but fell asleep five minutes into it. Nathan had the best spot to sleep, a small couch. Chris had a recliner and I layed on the floor. It was only temporary, but I stayed there all night. It was a good night and a good ride. Here are a few of the pictures that were taken.

Two for One

This was a In Death We Rise show this past Sunday. It was for Trent's cousin's birthday, who I still have no idea what he looks like. Thaine was sick so Trent had to play drums on a set he had never played before. It was outside and it was hot that day.

After that show we went to Dober's house. By we I mean Dober, Kyle, Gabe, and myself. I ate a bunch of pudding and we paled around. I just do what I do best in that video.

Photobucket
This is the start of the DeLand Chapter of Yabai. There are more people, but it was just Chris, Nathan, and I that day.

No luck finding a job. It sucks and I'm never going to get back to school if this keeps going. Oh well I've got hope!

Emergency

Last night was a night to remember because of one thing... balls.

Anyway I was hanging out with my buddy Chris. He picked up his friends Bailey and Thomas and went to a show at the Black Box in Orlando. We walked around a bit and Bailey and Thomas wandered off into the city. They later sent Chris a picture message of them on a Lynx bus going to the mall. Chris and I went to the show and we hung around, forever I might add. The show didn't start until 9 when it was supposed to start at 6 or 7. Saw some good friends I don't see often met some new people I would not like to see again. Then I met a rat. Not just any ordinary rat. This rat had the most monster balls I have ever seen in my life. If you had made the rat the same size as a human, then the rats balls would be the size of a basketball. I wish my phone wasn't dying or I wish I had a camera to take a picture of it because it was crazy. To get a mental picture for you rat havers/lovers flip your rat on to his/her stomach and put two of the bigest almonds you have on your rat's crotch region and image that there is some skin around it and thats about the size.
